Ahmed El Zeftawy is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of experience across multinational, semi-governmental, and family-owned businesses. Since joining Apex Health as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023, he has been instrumental in driving HR digital transformation, enhancing talent retention strategies, and implementing innovative employee development programs that have strengthened organizational performance and employee engagement.

Before joining Apex Health, Ahmed held senior HR leadership roles at Power Holding International and Al Jaber Group, where he spearheaded workforce optimization initiatives and designed HR policies that supported diverse industries. His expertise spans strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence.

Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Troy University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ain Shams University, Cairo. A certified psychometric tests professional and member of the British Psychological Society, he has also completed advanced leadership training in Italy.
