His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of Qatar, and His Excellency Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, have officially laid the foundation stone for the Algerian-Qatari-German Hospital.
