Estithmar Holding Signs Contract to Manage Misrata Hospital forCardiovascular Disease and Surgery

Estithmar Holding has signed a contract with the Department of Support and Development of Medical Services, an authority under the Libyan Government of National Unity, to manage and operate Misrata Hospital for Cardiovascular Disease and Surgery.

The agreement, effective from February 2025, grants the management and operation of the hospital to Elegancia Healthcare LIBQ Services W.L.L., a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding, for a period of 15 years.

This partnership is aimed at elevating healthcare standards and enhancing access to specialized treatment services for Libyan citizens. The contract also includes provisions for training Libyan medical and administrative staff, thereby contributing to local capacity building and fostering the development of Libya's healthcare system
